In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.e, attached is the subject report concerning the emerge..cy feedwater pump turbine steam supply check valve, 2MS-39B.

During the current refueling outage, internal damage to this valve was discovered following disassembly for inspection.
