Gentlemen:

In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.e, attached is the subject report concerning a failure of several Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) to meet the necessary response time while in Mode 1 operation.

This is a resubmittal to correct the previous submittal with an AN0-1 cover letter dated January 14, 1982, and should be used to supercede that submittal.
