| Description | TS 3.0.3 requires that when a limiting condition of operation (LCO) is not met, except as provided in the associated action requirements, within 1 hour1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br />, action shall be initiated to place the unit in a mode which the specification does not apply. Contrary to this, from June 17-24, 2010, two auxiliary feed water pumps were not operable, and actions were not taken to place the unit in the required mode of operation. This was identified in the licensees CAP as condition report 2010-1 6485 and Unit 1 LER 02010-007-00. The analyst determined the finding was of very low safety significance (<1E-6) Green. |
