THIS REPORT IS BEING SU",MITTFn AS THE OPERABILITY OF R-19 COULD NOT BE PROVEN DURING THE TIMES THE STARTUP FLASH TANK WAS IN SERVICE.

THIS REVISED LER ADDS THE DATES TO THE AB0VE TABLE WHICH LISTS THE PERCENTAGE OF THE T.S. VALUES INCURRED DURING THE RELEASE PERIODS.
