| Description | Technical Specification 5.7.1 requires areas with dose rates greater than 100 milirem/hour to be posted and controlled as a High Radiation Area. Contrary to this, on September 20, 2007, and other dates, the high radiation area posting and barricade was found altered and ineffective on the 590 elevation of containment. This was identified in the licensees corrective action program as CR-PLP-2007-04236. The finding was determined to be of very low safety significance because it was not an ALARA planning issue, there was no overexposure nor potential for overexposure, and the licensees ability to assess dose was not compromised |
