Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e) and in accordance 10 CFR_50.4(b)(6) as modified by Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) publication, Guidance for Electronic Submissions to the NRC, Arizona Public Service (APS) is submitting Revision 20 to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Unit 1; 2, and 3 Updated Final Safety Evaluation Report (UFSAR) on two CD-ROMs. . .

This submittal contains three enclosures. Enclosure 1 contains CD-ROM Number 1 of 2 titled, PVNGS UFSAR Revision 20. An additional copy of CD-ROM Number 1 of 2 will be provided to the NRC resident inspector's office at PVNGS. This CD-ROM includes the.

following files:
