In accordance with 10CFR50.54 (p), Entergy Operations, Inc. is submitting a report of Revision 17 to the Grand.Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS) Physical Seyurity, Safeguards Contingency and Training & Qualification Plan (Security Plan).

10CFR50.54(p) Report of Changes to the Security Plan I

Changes include revision of the Security Plan Training and Qualifications Matrix Table to match Entergy training requirements, revision number change, department owner change, and revision bar removals. In accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), this revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan.

Safeguards* Information Revision 17 of the GGNS Security Plan is enclosed as a separate package. The material in the separate package* contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and the disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material marked Safeguards Information must be withheld from public disclosure. Please destroy the Plan currently in your possession whic.h is replaced by this submittal.

. NOTICE: Attachments contain "Safeguards Information." Upon separation of the attachments, this letter becomes "DECONTROLLED."
