COOK NUCLEAR PLANT SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 16 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Indiana Michigan Power Company (l&M), licensee for Donald C ..Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Unit 1 and Unit 2, is submitting Revision 16 to the "Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Security Plan."

• The enclosure to this letter provides a list of the changes made to the CNP Security Plan in Revision 16, and the revised Security Plan.

The changes made in this revision do not decrease the ability of the CNP physical protection system and security organization to protect against a design basis threat as stated in 10 CFR 73.1(a). The changes do not decrease the overall .effectiveness of the plan or the security program and do not .

require u: S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval prior to implementation.
