NOTE TO EDITORS -- ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON THE MEDICAL USES OF ISOTOPES TO MEET NOVEMBER 14-15 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will convene a meeting of the Advisory Committee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes (ACMUI) on November 14 and 15 in Rockville, Maryland, to discuss security and control of byproduct materials in medical and university settings and other issues.

The meeting, which is open to public observation, will begin at 9 a.m. November 14 and 8:00 a.m. November 15, in Room T2B3, at Two White Flint North, 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville.

Other aspects of the meeting, including the opportunity for public comment, are described in a Notice of Meeting published in the October 21 edition of the Federal Register.
