Docket, Hearing From: roy volpe <royvolpe@gmail.com>

Subject:

[External_Sender] Request for hearing on Indian Point License Transfer: NRC-2020-0021 To whom it may concern, I live within the 50 mile radius of Indian Point and have been thrilled that it is going to be decommissioned. As usual, as has been the situation for many years, politics once again threatens what should appropriately take place in the process. The idea of Holtec taking over the plant for the process is absurd. Having done the research regarding their history, how on earth can anyone entertain their being part of the process. They have proven to be corrupt, criminal and irresponsible for many years. I am deeply concerned about the future of the plant and its appropriate and safe decommissioning. Decommissioning Indian point impacts more than the 50 mile radius. The hearing on license transfer should happen in o ur geographic area. Westchester County Executive George Latimer has offered you a place locally to hold this meeting. Please accept his offer for the health and safety of all concerned.

Sincerely, Roy Volpe 195 Ressique Road Stormville, NY 12582 1
