) Comment Resolution 1 On the ES-401-4 (RO Exam), the second item (062 AA1.05) says that there isn't any procedural guidance on how to address CCW system (ICW at ANO U1) effects/perturbations as a result of loss of Nuclear Service Water. Is there a corrective action document to track resolving this issue?

Discussed, no issue needing a corrective action document.

2 In the SRO outline, there were two items where the K/A topic described didn't match the K/A number provided. The K/A number should be the one randomly selected in the outline building process, and the description should match it.

- Tier 2, Group 1: 007 Pressurizer Relief/Quench Tank, says K/A is A2.01, but one described is A2.02 - Tier 2, Group 2: 045 Main Turbine Generator, says K/A is A2.07, but one described is A2.17 Copy submitted with draft exam corrected these issues.

Administrative JPM Outline (Sent June 9, 2011

The 2010 exam outlines provide an example.
