PLAN REVIEW IN SUPPORT OF THE RHODE ISLAND NUCLEAR SCIENCE CENTER REACTOR LICENSE RENEWAL Mr. Boyle, The Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center (RINSC) is submitting a response to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) letter dated March 29, 2016, requesting additional information regarding the RINSC Physical Security Plan. The enclosures to this letter include the responses to the RAl's individually and a revised Physical Security Plan which addresses the changes made as a result of the RAI resolutions.
