WCAP-16747, Appendices C and D, "POLCA-T:

System Analysis Code with Three-Dimensional Core* Model," was submitted by South Texas Project Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC), now Nuclear Innovation North America (NINA), via Reference 1 to the NRO branch of the NRC for review for applicability to the ABWR and South Texas Project Units 3 & 4 (NRO docket PROJ0772).

By Reference 2, Westinghouse requested a concurrent review by NRR ofWCAP-16747, Appendices C and D, for application to current operating BWR reactors (NRR docket PROJ0700).

NINA has requested (Reference

3) that the applicant for the NRO review be transferred from NINA to Westinghouse.

By this letter, Westinghouse is requesting that the NRC continue the NRO review of WCAP-16747, Appendices C and D, with Westinghouse as the applicant.

Westinghouse understands that all NRC review fees will be charged to Westinghouse.
