Re: St.Lucie Unit 1 Docket No.50-335 Proposed Amendment to Faci lit 0 eratin License DPR-67 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30, Florida Power 8 Light Company submits herewith three (3)signed originals and forty (40)copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License DPR-67.The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages bearing the date of this letter in the lower right hand corner.Pa e 3/4 7-4 A footnote is added to Specification 4.7.1.2.a.2.(b) to allow greater flexibility in the surveillance of the turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pump during startup.After entering Node 3 (Hot Standby,>325oF)from Node 4 (Hot Shutdown;..<325DF), a 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> grace period is established within which the pump must satisfy the discharge pressure requirement.
