The Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center has updated the facility Emergency Plan. A copy of the revisedplan is enclosed for the purpose of updating your records.

The changes were reviewed by the Nuclear andRadiation Safety Committee, and were deemed to fall within the limitations of 10 CFR 50.54(q) whichallows for changes to the plan without NRC approval.
