Thefootnoteaddresses achangeintheLimitingConditions forOperation fora'giventimeperiodinOctoberof1982.Sincetheeffective periodoftimeforthischangehasexpired,thefootnoteshouldbedeleted.5.ThefifthproposedchangetotheLicenseNo.DPR-58istorequestthere-issuance ofT/Spage3/46-35.Achangewaspreviously requested tothetimedelayaddressed inparagraph 4.6.5.6.a.
