Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit2 SUPPLEMENT TO LICENSE AMENDMENTREQUEST MOVEMENTOF STEAM GENERATOR SECTIONS INTHE AUXILIARY BUILDINGFOR STEAM GENERATOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT On September 23, 1999, Indiana Michigan Power Company (I@M), the Licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Unit 1 and Unit 2, submitted a request to amend Facility Operating License DPR-5S and DPR-74.
I&M requested approval to move the Unit 1 steam generator sections through the auxiliary building, disengage crane travel interlocks, and provide relief from performance of Technical Specifications (T/S)
Surveillance Requirement (SR) 4.9.7.1. of that submittal package inadvertently included 2 copies of the Unit 2 proposed T/S changes instead of a page for both Unit 1 and Unit 2. The correct Unit 1 and Unit 2 T/S pages are included as an attachment to this supplement.
Additionally, there were administrative changes to the format of the revised pages that were not properly identified. I&Mhas been making format changes as an ongoing effort to improve the appearance of the T/S pages.
These changes include adding "3/4 LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATING AND SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS" to the header, adding "Page" in the footer, and deleting "NO." in the footer.
While the Unit 2 page properly reflected the revised format, it did not include revision bars in the header and footer.
The attached pages include the appropriate revision bars.
There are no other changes to the September 23, 1999, submittal.

U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 C 1099-11 While these administrative errors do not impact on plant safety, they do indicate a lack ofattention to detail and, as such, represent a condition adverse to quality.
Accordingly, Condition Report 99-24700 was initiated to address this and three additional administrative errors in other recent correspondence identified by the NRC.
Immediate corrective actions have been taken.
Additional corrective actions will be developed as part of the corrective action program.
