| Description | On September 17, 2011, a worker in the Unit 1 recombiner room received a dose rate alarm of 683 mR/hr, but the room was not posted and controlled as HRA, contrary to Plant TS 5.7.1. This issue was of very low significance because it was not an ALARA issue, did not involve an actual or substantial potential for an overexposure, and the ability to assess the actual dose received was not compromised. This issue was documented in PPLs CAP as CR 1466609. |
