SUSQUEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC INSPECTION PROCEDURE 95001 SUPPLEMENTAL INSPECTION REPORT NO. 05000387 t2011405 AND 05000388i2011405

Dear Mr. Rausch:

On August 24,2011, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a supplemental inspection pursuant to Inspection Procedure 95001 at your Susquehanna Steam Electric Station to follow up on previous security inspection findings. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results, which were discussed at the exit meeting on August 24,2011, with Mr. Faber Kearney, Site Vice President, and other members of your staff. The NRC was informed of your readiness for the inspection on July 19,2011.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your licenses as they relate to security and compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your licenses. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.

As a result of this inspection, no findings were identified.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's document system, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rmiadams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). However, because of the security-related information contained in the enclosure, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letter's enclosure will not be available for public inspection.

Enclosure contains Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information. When separated from enclosure, this transmittal document is decontrolled.
