DC PANELS BREAKER/FUSE COORDINATION ISSUE - SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT Licensee Event Report (LER) 96-005-01, Supplemental Report is attached. This event is reportable to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 50. 73(a)(2)(ii)(B) as a condition outside the plant design basis.

This supplemental report contains corrected information concerning the safety significance portion of the event report and other minor editoral corrections.

SUMMARY OF COMMITMENTS This letter contains no new commitments. The commitments that were previously committed on LER 96-005 are:

Replace main supply fuse to DC Panels ED-11-1 and ED-21-1 with a size and type that coordinate with panel circuit breakers.

Review the settings on branch circuit breakers and adjust as required to coordinate with the newly installed main supply fuses for DC Panels ED-11-1 and ED-21-1.
