LER 80-020/04L-0 whi'ch was transmi tted by our letter JAFP-80-194 dated February 5,1980 contained a typographical error in the transmittal letter date.

The transmittal letter should have been dated March 5,1980.

Since only the transmittal letter contained the wrong date the LER form and its attachment are not retransmitted.
