U.S. Nuclear RegulatoryCommission Nuclear WasteFundExpenditures September 2020 During the month ofSeptember 2020, theU.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) expended $424 ofNuclear Waste Fund(NWF) fundsonits actionsindirect responsetothe court'sdecision. Cumulative expenditures sincetheAugust 13,2013, U.S.CourtofAppeals decision are$13,123,716. TheAugust 13,2013, balance of$13,549,315 ofunexpended NWF funding, less the cumulative expenditures, results ina remaining unexpended balanceof

$425,599. Table 1provides further details ontheNRC's expenditure ofNWFfunds since August 13,2013.
