Enclosure 0BU.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission 1BNuclear Waste Fund Expenditures 2BNovember 2021 3BDuring the month of November 2021, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) expended $554 of Nuclear Waste Fund (NWF) funds on its actions in direct response to the U.S. Court of Appeals decision. Cumulative expenditures since the August 13, 2013, decision are $13,251,032. The August 13, 2013, balance of $13,549,315 of unexpended NWF funding, less the cumulative expenditures, results in a remaining unexpended balance of $298,283.
