Theenclosure provides theNWF expenditures inSeptember 2020toaddress theremand bytheU.S. Court ofAppeals forthe DistrictofColumbia Circuit inthecaseInreAiken County regarding the licensingprocessfor theU.S. Department ofEnergy's Yucca Mountain license application. While thereareno significantactionstoreport forthemonth, theNRCprovided limited program planning and support activities that resulted innominal expenditures.
