10 CFR 50.55a Rule Revision Reply
. Frank, I am under the impression that the rule has or will be published shortly. We released it last week. As for the OMB clearance package, we received OGC's concurrence today and it s,hould be signed out to go to OMB probably tomorrow. Carol Gallegher is supposed to append the OMB clearance package to the rule and put it out on the net, so you need to give her the diskette for that, if you haven't already.
