REVIEW OF PROPOSED RULE ENTITLED " REPORTING CHANGES TO THE RULEC IN 10 CFR 50.55a, CODES AND STANDARDS" The Rules Review Section has reviewed the proposed rule that
- would amend the regulations that define codes and standards for pressurized water-cooled nuclear power facilities. The rule is i being returned without concurrence because the amendatory language and codified text do not comply with the requirements for publishing regulatory text established by the Office of the Federal Register.
We have attached a marked copy of the rule that presents our comments.
