I reviewed the package and have two small changes: on pp.10 and 18, delete l
" collectively" and replace it with "together."
I have shown the package to Mr. Olmstead, and he has authorized me to provide a "no legal objection" to the package, with the understanding that: (i) these changes are made; (ii) the package's concurrence block for OGC states NLO w/ changes; (lii) the CRGR confirms that they do not want the language contained in OGC's submission on applicability of GDCs to non GDC plants. I would appreciate a copy of the final (official)
SFCY paper, and if you would inform me of the date that the package is published in the FR (and send me a copy of the FR notice if you get multiple copies printed).
