Dear Mr. Murley:

pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison proposes to amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications The proposedto Facility changes Operating Licenses involve Section 3.8/4.8nPR-29 and DpR-30 to make several changes.

The proposed changes have been reviewed and approved by both on-Site and Off-sitc review in accordance with Commonwealth Edison Company procedures.

We have reviewed these proposed amendments in accordance Thiswith 10 CFR 50.92(c) and determined that no significant hazards consideration exist.

Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our application for this amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its attachment to the designated State Official.

In accordance with 10 CFR 170, a fee remittance in the amount of

$150.00 is also enclosed.
