, .NRC STAFF'S RESPONSE TO MEMORANDA TO COUNSEL FOR THE PARTIES On October 27, 1978, Commissioners Hendrie and Gilinsky filed memoranda which discuss their involvement with the captioned application prior to their respective appointments to the Commission. The NRC Staff has carefully reviewed the memoranda and background material provided there-with and has no objection to the participation of either Chairman Hendrie or Commissioner Gilinsky in the review of ALAB-500.
