The desirn cf the Monticello reactor sessel will be ir accordance with the AS?!C Code,Section III, plus additional and twr e strinnent requirenents, imposed by General Electric Company APED Specifications. These are identical to the requirements imposed on other reactor senscis currently beinn shop fabricated for General Electric. Our evaluatien of the tec.hnical feasibility of crectinn this reactor vessel in the field has focused on those desinn features or fabrication procedures associated witu field erection which differ from presently accepted t
