IE DRAFT BULLETIN: MOTOR-OPERATED VALVE FAILURES DURING PLANT TRANSIENTS DUE TO IMPROPER SWITCH SETTINGS The enclosed draft bulletin is being considered for issuance to all nuclear power reactor facilities holding an operating license or construction permit.
We would appreciate your comments on the draft bulletin and any input on the anticipated burden the bulletin may impose on nuclear utilities.
