- Slave Relay Surveillance an actual feedwater isolation signal was generated causing a loss of feedwater. A reactor trip on Low-2 S/G 1evel ensued. The unit was back on line December 5,1990. The unit operated at power levels of up to 100% for the remainder of the month.
