LEAKAGES GREATER THAN OR EOUAL TO 0.005 MICROCURIES As required by Technical Specifications Section 3.7.9, leak tests were performed on sealed sources with activity greater than 100 microcuries of beta and/or gamma, or 5 microcuries of alpha radiation. The test results revealed that one sealed source, VEGP / 0600-00-00, containing 10 millicuries Ni-63, had leakage greater than 0.005 microcuries. This source +

was subsequently disposed of as radioactive waste. All other test results revealed less than 0.005 microcuries of removable contamination or leakage.
