Within the city limits of Joliet, Illinois; Within the city limits of Morris, Illinois; Within the city limits of Peru, Illinois; Within the city limits of Ottawa, Illinois; Within the city limits of Princeton, Illinois; Within the city limits of Moline, Illinois; Within the city limits of Rock Island, Illinois; Within the city limits of Davenport, Iowa; Less than 20 miles north of Depue, Illinois (in La Moille):

Less than 20 miles east of East Moline, Illinois (in Geneseo);

Less than 20 miles southwest of Sheffield, Illinois (in Kewanee). '

NRDC's members in Peru and Princeton all reside within 10-15 miles of Depue, and members in Moline and environs reside within 10 miles west of East Moline.
