June 9, 1982 NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given of a Hearing to be held in the above entitled matter beginning at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 13,1982, in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Hearing Room, Room No. 550 in the East-West Tower Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland.
The Hearing will continue on July 14, 1982, in the same Courtroom, if necessary.
By mail, dated May 28, 1982, the NRC Staff served the parties in this case with a Supplementary Safety Evaluation Report. The Report attempts to resolve the issue as to whether or not the spent fuel pool floors can withstand the loads which could be imposed by the new high density fuel rocks during a seismic.
Evidence relevant to this issue will be heard at the hearing, r.atice of which is given above.
