as the filing date for responses of the NRC Staff and Commonwealth Edison Co. to the answer of Mr.

Dickharber to the enforcement orders at issue in these proceedings.
Subsequently, on June 1, 1990, Mr.
Dickherber filed a supplemental Answer to those orders.

.On June'28, 1990, Mr. Dickharber and.the NRC Staff-
-filed a. joint motion to defer the filing date for responses until "at least" July 30, 1990, with a corresponding advancement of the date for a prehearing conference, should one be necessary.
The Staff advises that it wishes to
_ provide Mr. Dickharber with the opportunity for an Enforcement Conference, as described in 10 C.F.R. Part 2, i
Appendix C, IV, before proceeding further with this matter.
The motion states that the Enforcement Conference is scheduled for July 12, 1990.
The motion also advises that the Staff has ascertained that Commonwealth Edison has no objection to the extension.
Good cause having been demonstrated, the joint motion is aranted.
The responses to Mr. Dickerber's answer, as revised,.will be due to be filed no later than July 30,

A prehearing conference, if necessary, will likely be scheduled during the third or fourth week of August, 1990.
