NRC, "Delay in Completion of Unresolved Safety Issue (USI) A-46 Commitment," dated November 6, 2003 In the referenced letters, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) notified the NRC of delays in completing actions related to USI A-46, "Seismic Qualification of Equipment in Operating Plants," for Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS), Unit 3. The referenced letters identified a delay in completion of modifications affecting five 250 volt direct current motor control centers and an Automatic Depressurization System (ADS) auto blowdown relay replacement, until the next DNPS Unit 3 refueling outage, D3R18. That refueling outage was recently completed and all remaining SQUG work was completed. This letter documents our closure of this issue.
