The Order of May 14, 1981 under R80-17 and PCB 81-82 is incorp-orated herein.

j Discharges to Lake Clinton from Illinois Power Company, from i Soyland Power Cooperative, Inc., and from Western Illinois Power Coopera tive, Inc. shall not exceed an effluent temperature of 96 F, i except that during such time as only one generating unit is in operation at the Clinton Power Station, the daily average diccharge I temperatur_e shall not exceed 99'F during more than 12 per cent of the hours in twelve-month periods ending with any month and shall

! at no time exceed 108.3 F.
