On September 23, 1981 the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules certified that it had no objection to this rulemaking.
It is the Order of the Illinois Pollution Control Board that the supporting proposed Opinion of August 20, 1981 be adopted and that Rule 203(i)(11)(aa) of Chapter 3: Water Pollution Control Rules and Regulations be repealed. The Board notes that this rule will also be deleted in the codified version of Chapter 3, a draft of which was ordered to be circulated for comment on August 20, 1981.
