@Y / m itizens Action for Safe Energy, Ms. Ilene Young-hein, and Mr. Lawrence Burrell ("Intervenors") moved on November 5 for an extension of time' until November 21 within which to file additional contentions concerning hydrogen control matters. As indicated in Intervenors' motion, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc., and Western Farmers Electric Cooperative

(" Applicants") have no objection to the grant of the Motion.

Applicants request and do hereby move the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to enter an Order establishing December 8, 1981, as the date for responses to any pleading filed by Intervenors on November 21. opportunity to submit replies by December 8 should accrue to the benefit of the NRC Staff as well as Applicants.
