DOCKET 50-255, LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - CORRECTED ER-77-034 AND ER-77-041 Licensee Event Report 77-034 reported an apparent high level in safety injection tank SI-82C.. In the "cause description" portion of the report, we stated that testing would be performed to determine the path of apparent leakage.

In August, we determined that the cause of the low level indication was not in leak.age, but instead was faulty indication. Inasmuch as the leakage testing initially proposed is no longer applicable, an updated LER is attached to clarify the* record.

Licensee Event Report 77-041 did not present a clear sequence of events leading to the low fuel inventory. A corrected LER is attached to identify the proper cause description.
