ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD MEMORANDUM OF NOVEMBER 16, 1979 In its memorandum of November 16, 1979, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boazd raised questions about the "Second Stipulation Regarding Certain Suffolk County Contentions" dated November 2, 1979. On December 4, 1979, the NRC Staff submitted its response to those questions. The Applicant concurs in the NRC Staff response and urges the Board to accept the stipulation.
