7. Description of Occurrence: ~2 At 165S hrs. on 10.3/76, a leak was discovered at a socket weld, pipe to 900 elbow weld, in the primary makeup pump P36C suction relief line. P36C was removed from service and P36B was placed in service. .

Even though only one pump was operable during the time repairs were made, which is allowable by Tech. Spec., there was no ha:ard to the health and safety of the public.
