Gentlemen:
On October 3,1976, two incidents delineated in the subject reports occurred involving 1) a leak in Primary blakeup Pump P36C suction relief line, and 2) Primary blakeup Pump P36B being stopped due to over-current 5
alarm followed by loss of discharge pressure, respectively.
Investigations i.
of the latter revealed damage to the pump. Attached find these reports in accordance with Technical Specification 6.12.3.2.
