Palisades Submittal Update

Jennie, Just as a reminder, today Palisades will be submitting the reactor vessel equivalent margins analysis (EMA) withdrawal letter. As you know, the EMA was submitted under 10 CFR 50.4 on October 21, 2013. Since Palisades recently resubmitted the EMA under 10 CFR 50.90, the 50.4 EMA submittal is no longer necessary and is being withdrawn.

Palisades is also submitting the Fukushima Expedited Seismic Evaluation Process report today. This submittal is required by the end of the year.
