APPLICANT'S ANSWER TO IOWA PIRG'S MOTION TO DEFER SPECIAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE Iowa PIRG filed a motion on August 6, 1979 advising the Board that it has a schedule conflict with the second day of the Special Prehearing Conference in this matter, September 20, 1979. Applicant believes that the Special Prehearing Conference can be concluded in one day. Alter-natively, Iowa PIRG's interests can be considered on the first day. Therefore we encourage the Board to maintain the present schedule.

Respectfully submitted, P
