(Carroll County, Units 1 and 2) ) July 7,1982 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER By letter dated January 28, 1982, the attorneys for the Applicant informed the Board that the Carroll County f acility had been rescheduled. The letter stated in part:
Unit 1 is now scheduled to be placed in service in 1999 and Unit 2 is scheduled for the year 2000. These dates are based on long-range forecasts. Of course, at this time, it is impossible to determine conclusively whether the facility will in fact be constructed and placed in service as planned.
No further written reports have been received from either the Applicant or the NRC Staff during 1982. The orderly and efficient handling of docketed cases precludes such delays and uncertainties.
