SECOND AMENDE') PETITION FOR LEAVE TO I'!3VENE Citizens Against Nuclear Power, Inc., Edward Gogol, and Janes Runyon
(" Petitioners") herein file, leave of the Atonic Safety 'and Licensing Board first having been obtained, their Second Anended Petition for Leave to Inter-vens.
Petitioners repeat and incorporate in this Second Anended Petition the contents of their first Anended Petition, except that said Petition is hereby supplemented by the following contentions:
- 16. Apolicants have failed to adequately show that the Plun River fault is not a capable fault in determining site geologic suitability.
- 17. Apolicants have failed to adequately show that the proxinity of the proposed site to the Stansky Airport does not pose an undue danger to the public's health and safety in the event of an aircraft accident.
- 18. Applicants have failed to adequately show that the proxinity of the croposed site
- to the Savanna Arny Depot does not pose an undue danger to the public's health and safety in the event of an attack or accident on or involving said Depot.
- 19. Applicants have failed to adequately show that there exist adequate nedical facilities or personnel in reasonable proxinity of the proposed site in the event of an accidental offsite discharge of radiation.
