Dear Sir or Madam:

In accordance with Reference 1, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) deferred the supplement to the James A. FitzPatrick (JAF) Cyber Security Plan until after the NRC staff provides direction on further revision. In accordance with Reference 2, the NRC issued requests for additional information (RAI) on the JAF Cyber Security Plan; on January 19, 2011, the questions were discussed with the NRC staff; the responses are due by February 15, 2011. Entergy's responses to the RAIs are provided in Attachment 1. Changes to Section 4.3, "Defense-In-Depth Protective Strategies," of the JAF Cyber Security Plan will be made in accordance with the RAI responses as described in Attachment 1. In addition to Reference 1 resolution, other common industry issues are being resolved (i.e., cyber security records retention and implementation schedules), therefore, the JAF Cyber Security Plan containing the changes due to the RAI responses will be submitted concurrently with the common industry issue resolutions.

Entergy requests that Attachment 1 which contains security-related information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.

This letter contains security-related information - when separated from Attachment 1 this submittal is not restricted
