Physical Security Plan for Yankee Rowe Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, Revision 19 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of Licenses," paragraph (p)(2),

the Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) is submitting changes lo the Physical Security Plan for the Yankee Rowe Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). These changes were implemented on September 08, 2015.

A summary of changes to the Physical Security Plan for the Yankee Rowe ISFSI i_s provided in Enclosure 1. The Physical Security Plan for the Yankee Rowe ISFSI, Revision 19, is provided in Enclosure 2. The enclosures contain Safeguards Information. It is therefore requested that this inforination be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding," paragraph (d)(l), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(4). When detached from Enclosures 1 and 2, this cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and may be decontrolled.

This letter contains no commitments.
